Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a booking

• • You can cancel or reschedule free of charge before the technician starts travelling to your address.
• • Call or WhatsApp us on the number below to cancel — the earlier you tell us, the easier it is to reassign the slot.
• • If the technician has already reached your address, the doorstep visit charge applies.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling to another day or time slot is free. We will confirm the new slot on WhatsApp or by phone.

Diagnosis and repair charges

• • The visit charge covers travel, inspection and diagnosis, and is payable even if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
• • Repair charges are quoted before work begins and are payable after the work is completed.
• • If we cannot repair the appliance at all, you pay only the visit charge.

Spare part advances

• • Where an advance is collected to order a specific part, it is refunded in full if the part cannot be sourced.
• • Once a part has been ordered or fitted, the advance is adjusted against the final bill and is not refundable.

If a repair does not hold

If the same fault returns within the 90-day service warranty period, call us and we will revisit and rectify the same fault at no additional labour charge. Warranty is limited to the fault we repaired, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are returned through the same mode used for payment, normally within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
